I know, as healthcare providers, the most writing we do is in a patient’s chart 📋 or for a prescription. But this writing is different. It is focused on your own health and wellbeing.
Think of it as your “mental medicine”.
I know this because I started journaling as part of my business journey and it helped me to realize that the only obstacle I had in building my business was me and my thoughts. Journaling helped me to shift perspectives, work through limiting beliefs and self doubt to help me take the “next step” in my business with confidence and clarity. I know it will do the same for you.
IT'S TIME TO LEARN HOW TO BUILD A BUSINESS THAT WILL LAST.
THAT HAS AN IMPACT ON YOUR CLIENT'S AND INDUSTRY.
A BUSINSS THAT MEANS SOMETHING.
Take Control
ON YOUR TERMS.
When it’s time to go to the next level with your business (because both you and your biz are always evolving), it's helpful to
get out of your head and into your heart.
Journaling is a great way to do that because something magical happens when you put pen to paper and let everything pour out of you with no fear of judgement or getting the answer “right”.
DIVE DEEP AND WRITE FREELY. DIVE DEEP AND
DIVE DEEP AND
WRITE FREELY
Journal prompts are powerful guides
in both my personal journey and in my business - So I’ve created a few to share with you.
These prompts will get you thinking and feeling differently and more expansively about your business. Read them all and choose one, the one you feel most called to.
Dive deep and write freely.
Remember….
There is no wrong answer.
The longer you write, the more truth will reveal.
Don’t censor yourself when writing.
Go back and highlight to “ah ha” moments when you are done and take notes on actions you want to follow up on
